The claims of rampant "warrant abuse" are a joke. Warrants are rare on the mud, primarily because dealing with them is miserable for the warranting clan and for the imms. Most of us don't log on wanting to deal with administrative drama--warrants are generally a last resort action rather than a spontaneous response.
