Darkfriends and cells.

Darkfriends of a certain status can now be more effective in their service to the Great Lord by summoning a darkfriend cell at the locations of the CTF mini patrols. They retain the option of turning it the normal way as well, by scalping the leader mob.
For example, a Red Eagle darkfriend can turn the patrol near bark to Red Eagles by scalping the Seanchan, Dark, CoL and so on leader mob, or they can type SUMMON CELL to turn it to the Shadowsworn mobs.
