To those who Serve, and those who have yet to swear.
Falme is off limits to those who have not sworn the Oaths. Seanchan is off limits to those who have not sworn the Oaths.
The Empire does not care about your allegiance, intent, or reason. Only that you swear. I will kill anyone on sight that enters these areas, and issue warrants as appropriate. Should you have seen the error of your ways and decided to swear the Oaths, send me a missive.
