Those who walk in the Light,
The one known as Pial has been found to be a Darkfriend by the White Tower. His attacks on our soldiers north of Fal Dara, while Shadowspawn are nearby is unacceptable. After being warranted he was given a chance to seek pardon under the condition that these attacks stopped. However he continues to hamper the efforts of the Light.
This declaration by the Tower allows for anyone to hunt him in our lands. Furthermore while in combat with Shadowspawn Pial will be seen as a threat equal to Trollocs and Fades.
This is not a declaration we make lightly, and hope that Pial abandons his aide to the Shadow and seeks the Light.
