At this time, the Shienaran Lancers feel the banishment placed on the Civil Watch entity is no longer necessary. Members of the Civil Watch will once again be welcome in the lands of Shienar to aid in the fight against the Shadow. Lingering warrants resulting from breaking the banishment shall be removed, with the exception of Moric, and Choen. Their continued actions cast grave doubts on their ability to obey the laws of Shienar going forward, and they must prove themselves to the Shienaran Lancers before they are redeemed.
