A piece of ragged parchment has been nailed to a post here, written upon, with painstaking effort, in a block-letter scrawl so nearly illegible that its author must either be idiot, illiterate, or both. The man who had nailed it there had done so with such pride that he stood there in front of it, stupefied in admiration, a misshapen grin spreading wide his cheeks.

To clarify:
The Lords and Ladies abuse their power by toying with the weak and poor. They see no justice because the power the carry is infinite over our heads. What is the common man to do against such an enemy? What do we do when we are torn down with no means to defend ourselves? We stand back up and don't let defeat run us off course.
