The Civil Watch serve as protectors of Justice to all; the mighty and the meek. Several great injustices have been executed by the Saldaean Cavalary Lords of the Western Borderlands. The Justice clan has violated the very tenets they are sworn to uphold. There are clear rules regarding warranting. Multiple Lords of Maradon have violated these rules.
As such, the Civil Watch will be seizing control of the lands governed by Queen Tenobia. The Lords of Saldaea will be put down for the crimes of murder, abuse of power and gross incompetence.
We encourage other clans of justice to hear our plea, and acknowledge that those wielding the power to warrant share great responsibility. One that must be done justly; without pride or prejudice. The Civil Watch will attempt to keep this war from spilling into your lands. We encourage truly just rulers to shun from their territories those who blatantly violate the Immortal's clearly mandated laws of justice.
