For too long, men who wield the tainted half of the One Power have run unchecked or unnoticed by many nations of the Light. We are hereby making known the list of individuals identified by the Red Ajah through our own investigations to be male channelers. These men are a danger to the world and risk another Breaking, and we strongly advise all nations to avoid any contact with the men listed in this notice.
Should any nation know of others, please send a pigeon to an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah with a report. We will keep this list up to date as more male channelers are found.
These men would destroy the world. Use the utmost caution around them, and do not allow them into your nation's borders. Please send any reports on their locations and actions to the Red Ajah.
