Standing on the gray marbled balcony Granit leaned heavily on the golden railings overlooking the courtyard full of cadets. Three Rising Sun Officers walked around the group meticulously searching for any imperfection in uniform, stance, or lapse in discipline. The occasional barking of orders and or casual punishment for failure to pay attention to detail braught back memories of when she had come to Cairhien to join the military. A sly grin crept across her face as the nostalgia rushed back to her. She remembered it like it was yesterday. Noticing her on the balcony the officers ordered the students to salute the Sun Majoris in which she proudly saluted back before turning and leaving the balcony to her war room. She beckoned to one of the servants in the corridor to and sent them for a scribe.
It was time to grow the next crop.
The Rising Sun is seeking it's next iteration of military men and women. We are a group of neutral men and women devoted to protecting Cairhien, it's politics, commerce, and Daes De' Mar - the game of houses. You are free to play it as you like, and are not required to join the Cairhien Rising Sun but, with such growth and prominence in the area, we must extend our ranks to any who are driven enough to pursue it.
Please send us a letter explaining why you think you would make a good recruit. A little back story on who you are and who you're hoping to become by joining the military.
