Turns out a mobol snafu somehow didn't register the turn in of 9 obsidian staffs, which means the CW is actually not in debt.
I am so sorry for sullying the Civil Watch' good name. The auction's off, obviously. Regrettably even, I was seeing some neat discussions.
That said, if you deposited obsidian staffs in treasurer, ping me please and refer me to the post on your treasurer tracking thread so I can fix your treasurer tally - I expect this problem is bigger than just CW.
