*A plain parchment marked with a golden dragon has been nailed to the gates of Tar Valon*
Late in the evening last night the Dragonsworn successfully led a small force to rescue the town of Baerlon from the vile grip of the Shadow. The Light rejoiced and the citizens of the town joined the cause of the Dragonsworn. Order was restored, the darkfriends were cleared from the city, and a town watch was established to help protect the city from another invasion of the Shadow. The Watch was left with orders to harm no member of the Light without first being attacked.
However, the peace was short lived. Almost as soon as the cheers had subsided in the streets a contingent of the White Tower attacked this peaceful town, slaying innocent Andoran citizens who had agreed to assist the Dragonsworn that had freed them from their slavery to the Shadow.
The White Tower has shown their willingness to mete out justice as they see fit, in apparently any land they choose. The nations of the land are no longer safe from this threat, and due to their apparent willingness to attack innocent civilians, the White Tower and their affiliate organizations within Tar Valon are hereby banished from the lands of Ghealdan until further notice.
