"Of course you did, Meia. You were used to it, and old habits die hard. But it was a gloomy old house. Look at what you have now." Surtain gestured around them.
Surtain to Get Drunk
The newest establishment in Tear, this bar evokes friendliness and
cleanliness. Made of dark wood and leather, and with bread always in the
oven, this is comfort made into a bar as the warmth of the fireplace keeps
the cold at bay. As a home away from home, this spot is a popular
destination for locals and foreigners alike.

Meia winced a little, "It's so much, though! Where is my quiet?"
"You have been helping Tairens since before anyone can remember. You love the company, and don't pretend you don't also love the attention." Surtain smiled at Meia, but she just grumbled quietly. "Also, you get to drink for free."
"Oh," Meia's expression perked up. "Well maybe it won't be too bad."
"I knew you'd come around," Surtain grinned at her. "What we need is a way to showcase the new establishment. Perhaps a party!"
"Oh, no," Meia groaned again.
"Oh, yes." Surtain looked at her mischievously. "And we're going to have gleemen come and perform!"
Meia sighed as she sat down in a chair, "I'm going to need a couple drinks."
