Whereas the group known as the Dragonsworn has been proven to harbor male channelers, and whereas the White Tower is dedicated from ancient times to preventing a second Breaking of the World by the corruption of the taint on Saidin when used by men who can channel and also preventing false dragons from devastating the peoples of all nations in their madness, the Hall of the Tower is resolved to the following measures:
1. The Dragonsworn are declared to be an organization harboring male channelers, and as such represent an existential threat to the nations of the Light. The White Tower calls upon all of the nations of the Light to join together in opposition.
2. The White Tower opposes Dragonsworn aggression and will actively support any nation who is targeted by their aggression -- currently Mayene -- up to and including dispatching armed forces to aid in its defense.
3. The White Tower has a mandate to prevent another Breaking and will hunt any male channeler within the Dragonsworn's ranks, and reserves the right to enter Ghealdan for the purposes of rooting out any network of male channelers. Any Dragonsworn found to be assisting these channelers or opposing the White Tower's execution of this mandate will be warranted and pursued.
4. Any Dragonsworn who do not oppose the enforcement of the above -- i.e. do not attack our people and do not get in the way of us enforcing our mandate -- will be granted clemency by the White Tower.
