Folks, we've had a lot of issues with people exceeding quest turn-in limits by varying amounts. Almost all quests explicitly say how many times they can be done and it is your responsibility to keep track and not exceed the limits. If you are in doubt, please ask an immortal - saying "Oh, I didn't know" when you get caught is not a valid excuse.
Similarly, saying "Oh, I lost my records" is not an excuse either. Again, if you are in doubt, either do not do it or ask an immortal for their assistance before proceeding. Now if you start asking immortals once a week to tell you what quests you have done, we won't like it. But if you are returning from a break and don't remember, lost your records on an old hard drive, or whatever, we will take the time to help you out and let you know what you've done. Believe it or not, we hate punishing you as much as you hate being punished.
