More Capture the Flag patrols.

We're in the process of adding more CTF patrols. These will allow for small mob support, allow players to shape their world and, in case of war, allow front lines to shift.
To trigger a change, kill the patrol and scalp the lead mob. Again, for darkfriends of a certain level, you have the option to "summon cell", which will turn it to DS held.
Today, these have been added:
-southern Almoth, between DS, SS, Civil Watch, Sword and Hand, Red Eagles, *oL, bandits and Dragonsworn. Default: Civil Watch.
-northern Amadicia, between DS, SS, Civil Watch, Sword and Hand, Red Eagles, *oL, bandits and Dragonsworn. Default: *oL.
-northern Altara, between DS, SS, Red Eagles, *oL, Illian, bandits and Dragonsworn. Default: Dragonsworn.
The default happens if a member of that clan kills an enemy patrol OR if a human that is neither Seanchan, nor a member of any of the other competing organizations kills it.
As you can see, the idea is to allow bordering nations to capture these, as well as certain organizations which are generally considered to be global.
