Rewarding bigger smob groups without mastermob.

After reviewing the effects of the anti-mastermob mobol and seeing some persistent bugs that stubbornly refused to be fixed, we decided to remove that mobol and take another approach, a bit akin to the old oilskin bags we had, albeit not quite so generous.

The past few days some new mobol has been tested with DS and LS smob groups that will on % award groups without a mastermob with something extra. The bigger the group that hits the smob, the higher your chance of getting this extra load.

Right now, we're being cautious and the extra load will merely consist of a number of gold crowns, lightstick or a vial and a low % chance of an exp chit. However, if we have ascertained that the mobol is not going haywire and suddenly trigger 5 times, we will be replacing these low end loads with high end trinkets and a low chance of a rare.

This is a work in progress, but hopefully it will go as planned and allow us to up the rewards.

Percentages have been tweaked a few times, because this was seriously underperforming. Perhaps I was a bit too careful.

At any rate, in the past few days, three smob groups have seen the extra rewards. We will continue to monitor the frequency of this and make adjustments if necessary, then if everything looks well, change the rewards to the trinkets this was intended for.
