Small change to automatic smob awards.

Some changes have been made to the smob auto award mobol that will increase the chances of getting rewarded. Additionally, Seanchan will now receive these rewards too. Darkside will not get them, as we feel that their core mission is pk.
While I did see the pleas for the mobol letting a person know whether they have been awarded, I have not made this change as it might reveal too much about how it works. I suggest just hitting score after each smob, since it will tell you enough.
