Major zone changes between Amadicia and Tear.

Two major stretches of the map are in the process of being closed off, a large section of Amadicia to Illian and the area from Illian to Tear. This all in an effort to consolidate and concentrate players in a smaller area, which will hopefully lead to more interaction.

This change is accompanied by changes in other areas:
  • Trees and grasses that are in this stretch of zones have been moved to Amadicia-Two Rivers-Waterwood, up the Illian Road and up the Tear Road-Maredo plains.
  • The entrances to the horsethief smob have been moved to zones nearby.
  • Mantelar's tomb has been connected to southern Amadicia.
  • The Altara ship's embark/disembark room has been sealed off. Perhaps this ship can eventually be repurposed as an ocean-auto-ship.
  • The lithe woman east of Amador has been moved to northern Amadicia.
  • Quest items in these areas have been moved. Some mobol pointing people in the right direction still has to be updated over the next few days.
  • Herb loads have been moved.
  • Pear picking mobol has been moved elsewhere in the game.
  • Seanchan outpost has been moved to Drowned Lands.
  • Candlemaking mobol has been moved to Illian.
  • Bayle Domon has returned to Illian.
  • The woodworking guild master has been moved to Amadicia.
I'm sure some things have been missed, but as it is, only the Ogier stonemason quests haven't been moved/ updated yet, Magita has not been moved and there currently is no second lumber mill for the woodworking guild. If you feel any item of particular interest should be salvaged and moved elsewhere, feel free to mail Staff.
