Cities and areas reviewed for no-hides.

All,

Multiple members of Staff have been working on reviewing no-hides in various areas. While we're by no means done, this is a list of areas that have been looked at. We found many zones without a single no-hide, but yes, there were also areas with between 1/4 and 1/3 of the rooms in a zone which had been made no-hide.

Here is a list of the areas that have been reviewed and/or changed:
  • Two Rivers, the Westwood and the Waterwood
  • Northern Altara
  • Lugard and Lugard Road
  • Whitebridge
  • Baerlon
  • Great Forest and Kreeza area
  • Maradon
  • Fal Dara, Dusty Road, Borderlands west of Dusty, Camp zone.
  • Tar Valon, adjacent "Novice" exp zones, Tar Valon Road
  • Thakan'dar
As you can see, we barely made a dent. ;)

Note that this is an ongoing project.

  • Gap, Lockshear, north of Lockshear
  • Orchard, Stedding, Blight.
  • Blighted tunnels
  • Ruined Keep, maze.
  • North of Ruined Keep.
  • Dark Road, Shayol Ghul
  • Blighted Mountains and area east of SH
  • Stronghold
  • Blighted Pass
  • Areas south of Dark Fort, Ashen
There might be a zone here or there that's been overlooked, but otherwise it would seem we are done. The major problem areas were a few cities and towns, as well as whole areas outside smobs, for some reason. Given a few exceptions, it wasn't that bad, with a relatively large number of zones having no no-hides at all.
