Automated exp chit loads.

All,
We've put in some permanent, automatically loading exp chit loads. You may find them once per boot on % in the following places:
-one cityhead type mob for each side
-chests at the end of smob chains
-3 smobs, one in each side's territories
-randiloading on the ground somewhere in the game
