As a staff we have set March 15th as the deadline for any outstanding turn-ins of copper, rainbow, tin, or iron chits.
We will examine and work on implementing loads to increase the chance of experience chits being added to the game regularly.
With our work being focused behind the scenes, we have acquired the necessary coding to automate the XP chit process. As of this post you can find the room in Shadar Logoth that should provide an explanation and allow you to turn on a multiplier at your own convenience with a chit. For single side chits it will reward the race of the character. Remember that the Staff does not provide any reimbursements and will not make up for losses of these or other items.
