Sapling respawning.

On Flash' suggestion, we're doing a 2 month trial run on saplings respawning the old fashioned way: in the same room.
After the two months are up, immortals will discuss whether this lead to an increase in botters and other such nastiness and decide whether to keep it or revert to the scattered spawning.
