Old players may remember Nassti as the thieftaker mob who pursues you relentlessly, even finding you again quickly when you port. Pretty much, if Nassti is on your tail, you will see the tables turned and you will get a taste of your own medicine.
Killing Nassti might be possible given the right circumstances - some folks boast of killing it in the past and taking its loot, but measures have been taken to render the loot useless. All this will achieve is a moment of reprieve.
Eventually, when someone has learned their lesson, Nassti will be called off and you can be on your merry way. Minus a few levels and equipment, if you're lucky.
