Cities around the map have invested in teams of wagons to cart ye gear to the impoverished land of Andor!
Say "donate please" at the squares in Tar Valon, Tear, Illian, Maradon, and Amador or at the Malkier gate in Fal Dara to have the contents of the rack/barrel transported to the Caemlyn junkyard. To prevent abuse, you must not have noquit for this to work. Have fun!
