Poisonous mushrooms changed.

This week, a newbie ended up poisoned for like 40 minutes after eating one of these poisonous mushrooms. That was a bit too much for a genuine mistake. After figuring out that we could actually change this, we lowered the time the poison from these mushrooms lasts, so it should only last a few minutes. This will go in effect after crash/boot.
