Wheel of Time MUD

Someone asked if there was a reason they weren't buildable by non-trollocs. To be honest, I'd rather fight a fade or dreadlord at a build-a-patty than at, say, WB fade. I doubt I'm alone. To that end, I'm changing them so all DS race, so trollocs, myrddraal, dreadlords and grey men can build them.
