Cleaning mobol updates.

On request:
2w of Doggate, "Nearing Fal Dara" now has the clean mobol that's also 2w Caem wgate and 2w RK.
SAY CLEAN and it will purge all items in the room. Keeping item count down helps against lag.
In similar vein, every mob that helps Seanchan, Illuminators, Gleemen, Hand and Children of Light with smobs, now ALSO has this, but:
SAY CLEAN SMOB.
Note, this will also purge any items like chests, sconces, and so on, so use once you are completely done with the smob.
