We already had the following potential for monthly council qp awards:

• 5 qp pk bonus: can either be for 1 harder type scalp, or divide into smaller amounts for less hard scalps. Up to the clan to decide what they go with. Can change per month, or stay the same (e.g. Lancers could always award for remorts because it makes sense).
• 3 qp treasurer bonus: per 1000 gold crowns donated to clan treasurer, you can get 1 council qp, up to 3 qps max per month.

The following is new, after a discussion with Kitiara:

• 5 qp rpqp bonus: can either be 5 rpqps for a longer, higher quality interaction, or divide into smaller amounts for smaller, shorter more basic interactions. Up to the clan what they go with. Can change per month (e.g. RP with XXX clan), or stay the same. Note: the normal rules for length/ quality apply, so you can't award 5 rp qps for a brief snippet that should've been an RP kudo.

I would recommend Tower doing the RP council qps per Ajah, so they have a slightly different focus. Maybe have a catch all from the Hall for an if-all-else-fails scenario. E.g. imagine if Red have a very fitting bonus for RPing with a non-Tower channeler and none play, having a more generic option from the Hall would be good to have, just in case.
