Usage of incinerate has no place in the game. It does not constitute mutual play and its usage relegates it to means we do not support. It is being restricted until it can be removed. Bypassing this will result in punishment of the player since its usage is from throwaway characters. Some access is harder to remove than others, despite being clanned, usage of this weave will result in consequences. If you wish to have a practice reset send in a mail.
