We're seeing an uptick in freebie pk where people basically spar for qps, eq returns and all. To hopefully combat that somewhat, clerks now narrate when a human, regardless of clan, turns in a human scalp.
This also means that instead of it going "xxx felled a puke/ strong puke", which was aimed at DS rp, now goes "xxx felled a human/ strong human".
