Minstrel related quests

If anyone is doing quests that involve the minstrel in the Caemlyn palace, be aware that the code for the minstrel has gone missing. Until I'm able to track it down and/or replacement, those quest steps are broken. Sorry about that. I'm trying to figure out which quests are affected so we can have them up and running again as quickly as possible.
