Dodge Trinket and Fade EQ changes

A few changes to dodge trinkets are now live. This is designed to make you harder to bash while making it easier for an attacker to land hits while you are bashed. Fade shirts revert to combo. The final change is to keep max DB under a threshold that makes bash numbers drop below 0% chance to land.
