Aes Sedai and zone sense, "who new", Dougan and cities, echo and emotes

A few unrelated changes are now live:
  • All full Aes Sedai now have zone sense for shadowspawn, regardless of whether bonded, as in the books. It functions identically to the bond sense that was formerly limited to bonded Aes Sedai only.
    • This is part of our push to make Warders more focused around playing with an Aes Sedai, and less about bonding for bonuses that has historically led to players and imms suggesting limiting the number of active Warders for balance reasons. Many Aes Sedai were simply bonding for zone sense and then not playing with the Warder, and Warders have also been incentivized to do the same. We believe this will help separate out the incentives for an Aes Sedai to bond for zone sense, leaving them better able to pick a Warder based around their ability to play together.
    • More changes are coming here: specifically the combat-related Warder bonuses like drain, multi-bash, berserk attack will be limited to when a Warder and Aes Sedai are within 3 zones of each other (we are also making some changes to better help them know when this is the case). But these changes are not live yet.
    • Red Ajah no longer sense Seanchan now.
  • You can type WHO NEW to see a list of all players level 10 and under. This respects incognito (and as a reminder, male channeler characters no longer start incognito).
    • This is designed to 1.) allow determining who online is low level and who is not, to better gather groups and so on, and 2.) perhaps more importantly, allow you to check for lower level players who might benefit from help from a highbie!
  • Dougan will now port into cities exponentially less often (though it is still possible). So you should hear fewer false alarms from city alarms, etc.
  • Having the communication echo on will now echo your emotes to you. E.g., You emote: Itesh's eyes roll back in his head and he faints as his code is approved. (Brought to you by Itesh)
