Code changes: Known DFs and "k light", noshout and ravens, Thiefbane and warrants, Reply, New Taint

Some code updates:
- Known Darkfriends are hit by "k light" again (this change was not working out as we wanted it to and was leading to too-much cross-side coordination); "k dark" continues to hit them
- No-shouted players can continue to hear rats and ravens (we may test not having Known Darkfriends on narrate/chat with this and see how that effects gameplay, TBD)
- Thiefbane can now see all LS warrants (the count on "who" and the full list on "whois"). Clans make treaties with them to serve warrants, and this change should facilitate them being able to better play their role.
- You can now reply to hidden players (before "tell" worked but "reply" did not)
- The new taint's effects will now target the male channeler's ridden mount much less often (though it is still possible)
- Fixed 2 crash bugs and 1 bug with the new taint
