Various small changes.

I've put in various small changes:
- A roleplay forum, which can also be used for compiling game achievements/history. I nominate the Brown Ajah to make frequent copies and storing the info off-site.
- Strong trolloc at crossroads now also has the keyword "strong". It also will no long hit people at Ragan, since it was used in such a way that it was not conducive to pk.
- Two smobs had their loads altered to fix oversights.
- Tanchico armorer now replenishes cash throughout boot.
