- AoE damage weaves now cost 20% of their SP cost up-front, and the remaining 80% upon completion. E.g., if you start channeling earthquake (costs 15 sp) you will pay 3 sp immediately, and 12 when the weave completes. The 3 is lost regardless of whether you cancel the weave, fail it, or are interrupted. This creates more strategy around using this weaves, as right now it is too easy when fleeing to repeatedly start and then cancel the weave timer for easy hits against pursuers, which too strongly favors defensive play. This affects:
- Earthquake
- Whirlpool
- Sonic Boom
- Known Darkfriends with the "murderer" warrant (ie, can no longer use "where") no longer appear on "where" themselves, to create more equality between them and their LS enemies
