Wheel of Time MUD

High-end abs weapons have been slightly boosted across the board. Mostly on the order of 2-3 OB, and maybe .2-.3 lbs. No changes to damage, and no shifts in weapon or weapon-class identity either. They are now slightly better at what they were already doing.
