Test: compelling fade mobs replacing the black flame

I loaded up a test change -- some fade mobs will now compel trollocs who grovel before them. This requires a cookpot in the room, and some limbs in the cookpot. One of these fades is the hooded myrddraal at the Ruined Keep well (to which I added a cookpot), but there are others too. Be warned this mob-compel is more damaging to your health than a player fade's compel, and cannot be used with noquit. This should boost trolloc mobility outside of PK.

As a result, I've taken out the black flame destinations aside from the cities (which you can still travel between).

Ahf'frait pay a lower HP cost than other clans for this compel, since they had a prior black flame bonus.

We've removed the majority of these cookpot grovel locations.

The remaining locations are:

Ruined Keep Well
Saldaean Woodlands Tunnel
Deven Ride Fade
Tear - FM Road Fade
Lugard Road Fade
Illian Road Fade

We may adjust this and will update when we do.
