Joncask has moved to Far Madding

As the title says, Joncask has move permanently to Far Madding.
You can find him in the Nethvin Market, which is close to the Tear Gate.
(It was pointed out that Seanchan use him also, but staff feel this location should not be too prohibitive for them gaining access. If a seanchan is unlucky and attracts attention of the guards over the short distance between gate and the wagon, they will not chase inside Joncask's wagons. If it proves a major issue we'll follow it up.)
