Seanchan characters who are at least level 20 and are unclanned can now do a quest chain that results in being clanned into the Ever Victorious Army, which is often a feeder for the other clans. This is to help Seanchan characters make progress even though it's a smaller side and finding someone to clan you can be hit or miss (though we've certainly seen some more Seanchan activity lately).

The crier in Seandar will tell eligible players about the quest, or to get started seek out Lady Aluan in Seandar directly.
