I brought the issuable rank 8 abs plate more into line with other high end abs plates (it was actually worse than either shining or murgoz!). It is now has slightly better than murgoz abs (90% vs 89%) with shining stats otherwise

Short blade and javelin damage was reduced back to pre-change levels. I bumped up some of the OB a very minor amount on a few of the short blades to compensate. Jade dagger was also modified to make it slightly better damage than it originally was, but still down from where it was before I made today's update.

This is because the melee on these weapons was too strong. We will be looking at stab damage in the future, but the avg impact of these changes on stab damage is ~20 hps, so it felt safe to make this change before then.
