LS vs DS war campaigns.

For the first 2 weeks of August, we were running on a dual system of Struggle Points and banners, which has resulted in a DS win on two fronts: banner and Struggle Points:

Light Side: 720
Dark Side: 510
Seanchan Side: 0

And editing in September:
Last Month
Light Side: 430
Dark Side: 680

LS: 720 + 430 = 1150
DS: 510 + 680 = 1190 <--- winner

And to top that off, DS also had 1 banner vs LS' zero banners in the first two weeks of August.

Since that could have been tied or LS could've won (complicating things), I'm going to let DS make two changes since they clearly put in effort here.

DS opted to flip Blight zone back to Blighted climate, and Orchard back to desert.
