Emond's Field's Wool and Tabac Warehouse

Post by Elysia » Tue Sep 08, 2020 9:22 am

Emond's Field, a quiet farm village famous for its tabac and wool. Before the merchants come, the Village Council sets the price, so no one can be undercut. The Mayor of Emond's Field weighs the coins on his scales to ensure a fair price is paid.

Yes! Thanks to Rentris, whose idea this was, Emond's Field now has -actual- wool and tabac trading from a warehouse off the northern street. You can enter the warehouse for free if your clan has a treaty with the Red Eagles, but you can also pay 20 gcs for a day pass. Knock on the warehousedoor to receive instructions, or be allowed in.

Inside, you can buy a cask of fine Two Rivers tabac, or a bale of wool, if they are in stock, although stock is renewed frequently. These are then bought by rich merchants the world over, although some will pay a higher price than others, depending on the product.
