In the former Auction House, the Royal Clothier has set up shop.
Only accessible to foreign dignitaries Andor deems worthy (read: if your nation has the relevant treaty with Andor), the shop on % sells high quality garments, which includes gowns of exquisite design, surcoats, half-capes, red robes and their sable mantle equivalent, earthen mantles and black, silver-embroidered capes.
They also sell on % blouses, divided riding skirts and finely tailored (parry eq) items, as well as a few items for atmosphere that aren't really good: a dress of silk and woven gold and a pure white wedding dress.
These items have a % chance to load on repop, so boot will have zero effect on what loads.
There are no day passes for this facility, as it operates on % loads may not load anything worthwhile, which would just lead to people getting disgruntled, I think.
And all that because I read that Lini's dress was out of fashion. Meaning, fashion and trends are a thing in Andor, apparently:
"Lini looked herself, straight-backed and no-nonsense, in a green woolen riding dress, well cut but ten years out of fashion."
