Unearned scalps warning.

Recent discussions and a few people getting caught turning in sameside scalps they shouldn't have prompted me to post this.
You can only turn in scalps for qps of people who are wanted by your justice clan.
People in non-justice clans can turn in scalps of known Male Channelers and Known Darkfriends.
Turning in your own scalp is not ok. Turning in your clanmate's scalp is not ok. Turning in a random, unwarranted person's scalp is not ok.
All turn ins are logged. That means if you turned in something you shouldn't have, it will be recorded and when reviewed, you will be docked 10 times the amount earned.
If you turned in something you shouldn't have, do the smart thing and come forward.
