The idea behind clan mounts was to give a little something unique to various clans and maybe give a bit of a solution in sameside pk. However, the amounts of these horses abandoned all over the game was just proving a bit too much in terms of 'litter'.
To still give a bit of a unique touch to horses, a saddler mob has been added to most cities. The 6 clans that already had retools for their clanhorses had their retools copied to the saddler, albeit in two varieties: saddle and harness/ donning. Simply give the saddler the item and if your clan has retools, he will retool it for you.
If your clan does not have retools, decide on some and they can be added to the mob.
