We're changing several prac mobs, stapling them to the ground as we say, in order to get some quality of life for players to enjoy:

RK sleek - 2e butcher
Harryl - outside NE tavern (he's retired after all)
adventuring Ogier - inn in Bandar Eban
Asan Sandair - at the docks in Cairhien

Found another wanderer and stapled him to the ground:

Calippo the Thief. He now resides at the Weary Seaman.

Illian's hunter prac was being a pain in the b...zzzzzzz.

He's now all s 1n of square. And if he moves again, he's a dead man.
