Memorial ceremony for the player of Donna - Sun 8 pm EST.

Post by Elysia » Thu Dec 05, 2019 1:39 pm

In a team effort, Cerys and Vampa are ready to go forward with the planned ceremony for the players to say their goodbyes to the player of Donna, who recently passed away.

This ceremony will be held in Cairhien, starting Sunday the 8th of December at 8 pm. Unfortunately, Vampa couldn't make it on Saturday, otherwise that would've been a preferred option, in light of Australian players being able to attend.

If you are unable to attend and would like to have your words spoken for you by one of the immortals, please send what you want to say to Staff and we will make sure it will be included.

The relevant room will be flagged peace, so there can be no disturbances and we can all say our goodbyes in a respectful manner.

The room has been set up in advance of the ceremony so those who cannot make it to the planned gathering can still pay respects.

You may look at banners, table, and flowers. The table has a system set to record the names of those in attendance. It should keep a running list for attendees to read. It is my understanding we'll leave this in place for more than one day. If for some reason the game crashes or over regularly scheduled reboots, the guest book will be cleared, but I've made a note to keep track so we'll have a record for those who wish to have it.

In The Park
A lush crop of grass covers the ground, bordered by rows of swallow-tailed
banners. Benches are placed throughout the area, offering a scenic point to
reflect from. In the northeast corner, a small dais supports a framed
portrait of an ageless woman resplendently draped in silks. Around the
painting, scores of floral arrangements have been placed, their gorgeous
blooms a stunning display. A white linen cloth dresses a small table upon
which a note card is placed next to a quill and small book.

Upon a small table a note card reads:

Those in attendance are invited to
-SIGN the GUEST BOOK
-READ the GUEST BOOK
