Seanchan sworn updates.

Now that Itesh has so kindly coded a dedicated flag for Seanchan sworn some mobol needs to be changed, which will make things way easier/ faster. I'll keep a list as I finish things:
  • Seanchan sworn can now board Seanchan ships using "say may I please come aboard".
