Wheel of Time MUD

This has been an ongoing project with various imms, where we have been examining loads of items that seem overly plentiful.

Items whose loads have been downed include:
-lightsticks (they are ter'angreal after all, they should be on the rare side. As a note, the storm lantern should be a good alternative)
-bubbling draughts (when they are just left at smobs and they are not selling at brokers at all, there is a huge surplus)
-cups of syrup (same as draughts)
